Lay leaders, Casting the Net Liaison Officers and Rectors from ten congregations met together recently at two MAP invitational workshops to find out more about the Casting the Net Mission Action Planning process. The sessions were held to enable congregations to gain information to help them decide whether to commit themselves to a time of focussed planning for growth and mission in the year ahead and into 2012. Welcoming Roger Quick to Highland Perthshire

Revd Roger Quick has been appointed Rector of the new Highland Perthshire Grouping which brings together Holy Trinity Pitlochry, St Adamnan Kilmaveonaig and All Saints Kinloch Rannoch. Preparations are in earnest for the second trip to Kolkata and the Diocese of Calcutta. On Tuesday 15th February, Bishop David, Andrew Pont and Canon Bob Harley set out to develop the links that Canons Val Nellist and Dom Ind made during their trip in November 2010.
