Cupar and St Mary’s celebrate Casting the Net launch

Display arranged by the members of Cupar and Ladybank
St James and Great, Cupar and St Mary’s, Ladybank celebrated the launch of Casting the Net jointly with a shared lunch afterwards.
The members put people in their nets rather than fish and everyone was encouraged to write on the back the name of someone who had encouraged them in faith, or the name of someone they want to encourage.
Two children from St Mary’s did their own drawings and helped carry St Mary’s net up at the Offertory where the two nets were then draped over the altar.
