Presentation to Mr Bill Pagan

Mr Bill Pagan retires as Registrar of the Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane at the end of October after 16 years service. Speaking at the recent meeting of the Diocesan Synod, Bishop David thanked Bill Pagan for his years of faithful service to the Diocese.

He suggested that Bill’s retirement came at a moment when important milestones had been reached in the re-organisation of diocesan finances and administration. Bill had acted as the guardian of the Diocesan Trustees and always sought the highest standards of administration in financial and legal matters alike.
