Visitor from South Africa in Bridge of Allan

Our Diocese welcomed the Venerable Vicentia Refiloe Kgabe from St Peter Anglican Church in Johannesburg, South Africa.  Vicentia is one of the Anglican delegates to the Edinburgh 2010 Conference which marks the centenary of the World Missionary Conference held in Edinburgh in 1910.  This conference is recognised as having been one of the starting places for the modern ecumenical movement.  During her stay, Vicentia was the guest of Canon and Mrs Dom Ind and the congregation at St Saviour’s, Bridge of Allan and visited a number of other congregations in the Diocese.
