Our current structures for mission are in a 'holding pattern' while we work on the conclusions of the Diocesan Review.  These structures provided for a Mission and Ministry Board with a number of pendant committees.  The Diocesan Mission Team and LCM Group had specific responsibility for mission in congregations.

The Diocesan Review identifies the key change for our diocese as the movement from decline to growth.  Mission is therefore likely to have a more holistic character as well as being directed towards particular priority areas such as Children and Young People.

As a small diocese, we are also aware of the need to develop very simple structures which make the best use of our resources of laity and clergy
